You need an Autotask API username and password, generated when creating a dedicated API user within Autotask. No Site URL or Client ID is required – the integration automatically discovers the correct Autotask zone based on your credentials.

Each Sendmarc account maps directly to a company in Autotask, with the option to assign a contract for billing. On first load, the integration automatically matches businesses to accounts using primary contact email addresses. All mappings require confirmation before they’re saved.
